I am a Foreigner in Bangalore. My husband and I wanted to travel to Goa to spend weekend there. May 12, we reserved tickets from Air-Deccan Company around 2:45pm from Bangalore to Goa on May 19 and come back on May 21 in the evening. Also we reserved the hotel in Goa. But on May 17th, Agency informed us that our flights have been cancelled. We changed a little bit to leave about 11:45 on May 19. In the morning of 8am, AXX DXXXXX called us that they cancelled the flight again and they have no flight to Goa on that day. And they asked us the penalty charges from Goa to Bangalore part when we wanted to cancell the whole trip. How can we fly there on Sat noon and come back Sunday noon??Still hotel will charge our cancellation fee as well. You want to have the suffering experience from Air-Deccan? Please try to reserve tickets from them! You'll never forget it in your life!!
